Prediction

Despite being 2-0 up with less than 30 minutes to go last Saturday, Bournemouth eventually lost 3-2 to Arsenal late into stoppage time. That loss means the win over Wolves around three weeks ago is their only one in the league post-World Cup and their last win on home soil came just before the World Cup break back in mid-November.

Liverpool are currently on their longest Premier League unbeaten run of this season (5), having overcome rivals Manchester United 7-0 on Sunday. However, away from home, the Reds have only picked up 12 out of a possible 36 points.

Jurgen Klopp's side are in form and have maintained half of their clean sheets for the season in the league in their last five games so expect them to get another win here.

AFC Bournemouth have claimed a 1-0 away win against Wolverhampton last outing, and now they are sitting 17th with five wins, six draws and twelve defeats in the standings. They have the worse defense in the League, with 44 goals conceded in their 23 matches. But they will be safer at home, as they have only allowed 12 goals at home compared to a massive 32 as the visiting team.

 

Manchester City

Manchester City were drawn by Nottingham Forest in the last away League game, then they suffered another draw at RB Leipzig on the Champions League action. Now they are two points behind of the League leader, Arsenal, and only three points aboved of the third-placed United.

 

Prediction:

Manchester City failed to have a clean sheet for their consecutive five matches played, and in the face of a poor side, I believe they would eventually get back to keeping clean sheets.
