Russell Westbrook chipped in with 27 points, 9 rebounds, and seven assists, while Anthony Davis added 27 points and nine rebounds on 11-18 from the floor. Carmelo Anthony continued his tear off the bench with 15 points in 29 minutes. LeBron James led the Los Angeles offense with 30 points and 10 assists in 36 minutes of action.
The Oklahoma City Thunder have started the season disappointingly. They have just one win in seven games, which came against the Lakers. In their previous game, Golden State Warriors suffered a 99-94 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads the Oklahoma City offense with 22.9 points per game, while rookie Josh Giddey post a team high 5.9 assists to go along with a team leading 1.4 steals. Darius Bazley Leaves the defense with a team high 6.4 rebounds to go along with one block per game.
The Los Angeles Lakers have looked extremely good since their defeat to OKC last week. All the players on the team are stepping up and slowly the Purple and Gold have started to get things sorted. Given their state recently, it’s believed that the Los Angeles Lakers will revenge successfully on Thursday.
