On Saturday afternoon, the 11th edition of the Emirates Cup will be played as Arsenal host Sevilla in North London for their last preseason match.

 

Arsenal

Arsenal defeated Ipswich Town, Everton, Nuremberg, and Orlando City before again outscoring Chelsea by four goals in a preseason romp earlier this month. New acquisitions Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko have already had the anticipated impact. In five of the previous 10 Emirates Cup competitions, the Arsenal won the title.

 

Sevilla

Sevilla finished in second place In 2017 Emirates Stadium Cup. The team began their preseason campaign against Arsenal's fiercest rivals Tottenham Hotspur in South Korea, drawing 1-1 with the Lilywhites before defeating Sporting CP in the Trofeu Cinco Violinos on penalties. Prediction

Arsenal have a penchant for offensive displays during preseason. They shouldn't be able to keep Lopetegui's team at bay since they still occasionally commit defensive errors, but Arteta's re-energized team is capable of responding to win the Emirates Cup.
